NCPA's Annual Meeting was held on September 26-28, 2007 in Monterey, CA. Three hundred locally elected and appointed city officals, municipal utility managers, federal and state energy and public utility commissioners, and many special industry guests attended this annual event.Slide Presentations given by the speakers, the final agenda, and photos of the banquet, golf tournament,luncheon and golf results are now available.
