NCPA's Annual Conference was held at The Silverado Resort in Napa, California on September 21 - 23, 2011. Approximately two hundred fifty locally elected and appointed city officials, municipal utility managers, federal and state energy and public utility commissioners, and many special industry guests attended this annual event. 

Our Program focused on operational, technological, economic, and environmental policy issues facing public power utilities both at the wholesale and retail areas, here in California as well as at the national level. Our speakers gave exceptional presentations.

The annual Golf Tournament was held on Wednesday morning, September 21st at the
