Plumas-Sierra Rural Electric Cooperative is a member-owned electric Cooperative offering electric service to Plumas, Sierra, and Lassen Counties, California, and Washoe County, Nevada. We are a true cooperative, controlled by the membership through an elected seven person board of directors.

Plumas-Sierra returns all profits from operations of the electric company to the members of the cooperative over time. They offer a wide variety of services aimed at improving the quality of life of our members. Electric utility services are offered by the cooperative.
