NCPA meets and confers with the Hydroelectric Employees Association (Hydroelectric Facilities) and Local 1245 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (Lodi Energy Center and Geothermal Facilities) in good faith with the purpose of promoting harmonious labor relations and maintaining appropriate wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment. The results are strong negotiated contracts which benefit represented employees and NCPA alike.
